Hi everyone,
Today is the 4th of July and most everyone is in the yard having hotdogs and beer - my husband is in Mexico shooting on a movie. Whilst he is English and usually lays low for the 4th, it would have been fun to have him here to go to parties. Anyways, hope yours was great!

I love how Ellen Degeneres can make anything funny. She sees a fly crawling on her mirror and writes a comedy routine about it. I have seen three flies today - brought in by the dogs - and have yet to write one joke.
My brother Hal is coming to stay with us this weekend. He’s on Parole, my nephew’s on parole and my son is on parole. No one in my family can leave the city without getting a travel pass from the the police.
In regards to my brothers and sister - I’m the only one who hasn’t been arrested for a felony or put in a mental hospital. Yes that’s right - I’m the black sheep.
